Vote for Waterfront Park in national contest

It’s the third year in a row it’s been nominated.

Last year, we came in third place behind parks in Cinncinati and New Orleans, but now we’re on top.

The sprawling 85-acre Waterfront Park has been nominated by the editors of USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards as one of America’s top 20 riverwalks.

Through noon on Monday, Feb. 9, you can help the park snag first place by voting once per day.

You can even check the leaderboard for real-time updates — which at the time of this writing showed Waterfront Park in first position.

Since 1986, our award-winning park has come a long way. Most recently, it broke ground on Phase IV of its expansion project that will connect West Louisville to Downtown.
