Here come the rings. Louisville will be the final proving ground for prospective members of Team USA ahead of the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

A multi-event extravaganza called Gymnastics City will be held in Louisville starting in early June, 2028. Two weeks of gymnastics competitions will culminate in the Team Trials at the KFC Yum! Center, where the US men’s and women’s gymnastics teams will select their members for the big games.

Expect fan activations in Fourth Street Live + other events throughout the city during the entire competition. Tickets will go on sale next year.

Gymnastics City was first held in Minneapolis in 2024, drawing 200,000 visitors + $75 million in economic impact.

Bonus: Did you know? USA Gymnastics, the national governing body for gymnastics in the US, is headquartered just a couple hours north in Indianapolis.
