For a romantic date night activity — like a scene out of your favorite rom-com — or a fun time with friends, we’ve got you covered with six outdoor movie theaters that will have you feeling like the star in your own motion picture.

🎬 Sauerbeck Family Drive-In

Current flicks play most days, plus there are
throwback features like “Grease” and “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory” on Retro Wednesdays. The theater also offers online concession ordering — you can place an order days in advance to make day-of pickup easy breezy.

🎬 Cinema Safari at the Louisville Zoo

Listen to the nighttime sounds of the animals as you watch family-friendly movies on a giant inflatable screen. Concessions will be available for purchase, but bring your own chair or blanket for the showing.
