Kroger’s master florists will once again craft the garlands for the winners of the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks.
Did you know? Each garland is made in-store at the Middletown Kroger (12501 Shelbyville Rd.) the night before each big race.
After admiring the garlands, Louisvillians are invited to join in a Derby celebration throughout the store:
- Kentucky Oaks Garland of Lillies: Thursday, April 30, 5-8 p.m.
- Kentucky Derby Garland of Roses: Friday, May 1, 4-8 p.m.
