There’s fun to be had every day of the week here in Derby City, whether you want to show off your trivia skills or get active.

That’s why we’re giving you the rundown on a handful of activities you can enjoy every Thursdayafter all, it is Friday junior. As we branch into more days-of-the-week activities, tell us if your business has recurring events Mon.-Fri. that should be on our radar + be sure to plan ahead with our handy-dandy events page.

🧠 Family Feud-style trivia at Mile Wide, 636 Barret Ave. | 7-9 p.m. | Free to attend | Gather your “family” for six rounds of questions — and a bonus, halftime question — to win up to $30 in prizes to Mile Wide’s in-house Neopolitan-style pizzeria, Mac’s.

🎤 Taj Karaoke, 807 E. Market St. | 10 p.m.-2 a.m. | Free to attend | Belt out your favorite tune at this late-night, 21+ karaoke jam.

👟 Run club at TEN20, 1020 E. Washington St. | 6:30-8 p.m. | Free to attend | All paces are welcome at this 1-,3-, and 5-mile option running club presented by Ken Combs Running Store + enjoy a beer with your fellow runners when you get back.

🌙 NuLu Nights at The Local Seltzery, 828 E. Market St. | 5:30-7:30 p.m. | Free to attend | Head to this fizzy drinkery for a celebration of the local businesses and artists in NuLu + take 25% off your seltzer during happy hour.

🎶 Music bingo at Hi-Wire, 642 Baxter Ave. | 7-9 p.m. | Free to attend | Match the song playing to the options on your bingo card to win up to $20 or a free pint in this two-round listening game.

🖼️ First Thursdays at the Speed Art Museum, 2035 S. 3rd St. | 5:30-8 p.m. | Price of admission | Head to Old Louisville on the first Thursday of each month to enjoy evening programming like gallery talks + interactive activities.

🎲 Game night at PG&Js Dog Park Bar, 800 Baxter Ave. | 6-9 p.m. | Free to attend | Bring your own or play a board game provided by the bar + get 10% off your drink when you were PG&J merch on Thursdays.
