Calling all soccer fans: Racing Louisville’s season kicks off this weekend.
At the home opener, the team will debut some new kits, fans can order a green beer in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, and complimentary schedule magnets and posters will be available for pickup. Excited yet? We are, too.
This weekend is just the start of a fun season. We’ve got the inside scoop on the best games to look forward to this season. Mark your calendars for:
- Saturday, March 15 vs. North Carolina Courage | 5 p.m. | It’s not only Racing’s home opener, but also the first game of the season for either team.
- Saturday, April 12 vs. Washington Spirit | 5 p.m. | Get ready for Thunder Over Louisville game day. Admission includes extended access to the stadium through the night’s air show and fireworks. Last year, fans set a club-record 11,365 fans in attendance. Can fans beat the record this year? Also don’t miss Washington’s Trinity Rodman, a big standout on the US National team.
- Friday, June 20 vs. Orlando Pride | 8 p.m. | Racing hosts the defending champs.
- Friday, August 1 vs. Kansas City Current | 8 p.m. | After a month off in the summer, the league resumes play.
