A piece of 19th century Louisville history is on the market for the price of $1.1 million.

Built in 1885, this 7,000-sqft Victorian mansion at 1114 S. 3rd St. in Old Louisville boasts the “cozy ambiance of an old-school speakeasy.” Inside the 7 BD, 6 BA home, residents will find seven fireplaces and a 14-ft entryway. Take a peek inside the house.

While the home maintains much of its historic charm, it blends in contemporary elements, like its appliances and bathroom designs, to make it suitable for 21st century living.

As all LOUtoday readers know, Old Louisville is home to many of the area’s Victorian homes. The neighborhood has over 1,400 structures incorporating Victorian designs, and it’s the largest contiguous collection of Victorian mansions in the US.

Bonus: This (very finished) house is just up the block from the fixer-upper Victorian we showed you back in May — which is still on the market.
