Just when you thought Derby weekend couldn’t be any more of a party, Janet Jackson announced she will play Lynn Family Stadium’s first-ever, large-scale concert on Sat., May 7 after the 148th Run for the Roses.

That’s the way love goes, and she’ll be bringing along R&B group New Edition — composed of its six original members, Bobby Brown, Johnny Gill, Ralph Tresvant, Michael Bivins, Ronnie Devoe + Ricky Bell. The show will begin at 7 p.m.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Fri., March 25 + start at $35.98.

Lynn Family Stadium opened in 2020 + can seat 11,700 fans with the capacity to expand and accommodate up to 15,304.
