Louisville’s foodie scene has lots to offer — from award-winning Korean cuisine to southern staples the Hot Brown.

A new food truck has hit Derby City’s streets this month, rolling a taste of New England into town.

Cousins Maine Lobster is a “nationally known and locally owned” lobster roll restaurant + was featured on ABC’s “Shark Tank.” Turns out that sharks eat lobster? Who knew. The Derby City edition of the food truck joins ~75 other locations around the country.

Say shello to the menu:

  • Lobster rolls — including the Maine, the Connecticut, and the Derby Special
  • Lobster bisque + New England clam chowder
  • Quesadillas
  • Grilled cheese
  • Lobster tails
