March 7 is National Flapjack Day, so there’s no better time to grab a stack — or two. We’ve flipped through some of the top Yelp-ranked pancake hubs in Louisville to point you in right direction.

Breakfast A.F.| No. 1 on Yelp

4.8 stars
This Germantown restaurant is one of LOU’s newest breakfast spots. You can always get a classic buttermilk stack or a cornmeal pancake, but Breakfast A.F. also features rotating seasonal options — right now it’s caramel and sea salt.

Con Huevos
4.6 stars
Though they offer a wide selection of savory breakfast options, Con Huevos also has some sweet treats. The tres leches pancakes are perfect for Flapjack Day.

Wild Eggs
4.3 stars
The Big Stack covers your basic buttermilk needs, but also check out the Strawberry Tall Cakes for a fruitier twist.

Of course, as LOUtoday reader Evan B. pointed out, sometimes the absolute best pancakes come from grandma’s house.
