A new food hall + coworking space coming to NuLu

Mashup is the latest NuLu development from Weyland Ventures.

Downtown office buildings? Out. NuLu coworking spaces? In.

Mashup Food Hall + Genuine Work Coworking Community is a new multi-purpose commercial concept coming to the 300 block of East Jefferson Street, near Rabbit Hole Distillery.

The new space’s manager Lauren Van Cleve said in a LinkedIn post that the new space would highlight local food and beverage entrepreneurs.

The upper floors of the new building will be more traditional office space, with First Third Bank as a tenant.

The new space is expected to open this summer.

The new 50,000-sqft space features an open floor plan with a tiered staircase that doubles as a workspace in the center There’s plenty of greenery on the interior as well — perfect for these gray winter days.
