In 2023, Louisville was recognized again and again, landing on 42 different “best of” lists over the course of the year — and we didn’t wait long to add another accolade after opening up our new calendars.

Just a few days into 2024, Derby City is continuing the trend. TripAdvisor named Louisville as one of 15 “Trending Destinations” in the US.

Derby City finished no. 12 on the list, just behind places like Brooklyn and Niagara Falls, and ahead of Portland, Maine and Chincoteague Island, Virginia.
