The official opening of Haymarket by Ashbourne Farms on River Road is slated for June, but you can get a taste of what’s to come right now.
The Haymarket Drive Through is open 6 a.m.-6 p.m., seven days a week serving options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’ve got our eye on the Italian sando and Niçoise salad.

Located at 3032 River Rd. across from River Road BBQ, the forthcoming full Haymarket experience will be a 6,000-sqft marketplace and urban farm — where shoppers can buy produce straight from the source. The market will also carry locally sourced meats and baked goods.
What’s on the drive-thru menu

- Coffee, tea, and specialty drinks — like Sicilian coffee tonic and turmeric honey lemonade
- Smoothies + cold-pressed juices
- Pastries and main dishes — including a quiche and roast beef sandwich
- Sides — potato salad, roasted beets, and a wheat berry salad
