Flea Markets

Fleur de Flea , Paristown
This warehouse at 947 E. Breckenridge St. has ~35,000-sqft of vendor space, offering furniture, clothes, art, and more. It’s open Wednesday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. + Sunday, 12-6 p.m. Pro tips: Go on the weekend to grab a cocktail from the in-house bar while you shop + it’s dog-friendly.

Peddler’s Mall , Middletown
Jack Harlow repped this mall in his music video for “Lovin’ on Me,” when he wore a Peddler’s Mall tank top. You can shop for a video-worthy look yourself at 12405 Shelbyville Rd., Monday- Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. + Sunday, 12-6 p.m.

Flea off Market , NuLu
Around 100 vendors gather on weekends throughout the year in the Fresh Start Growers Supply parking lot 1000 E. Market St., though other events will occasionally pop up elsewhere.

Awesome Flea Market , Shepherdsville
While not technically within the limits of Derby City, many a Louisvillian has seen this market — which calls itself, “The Most Awesome Flea Market in the World ” — from I-65. Located ~25 minutes south of Louisville at 165 Dawson Dr., it features a lazy river for some post-shopping relaxation. It’s open Saturday-Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Vintage shops

Nitty Gritty , Highlands
Billing itself as, “the best kept secret in the retro universe,” you can take a historical clothing tour via the offerings from this corner store. Wares are available for rent or purchase.

Neon Flea , Schnitzelburg
If you’re in need of a retro accessory to complete your look, this shop’s got you. Pro tip: To make it a full-day experience, you don’t have to go far — Neon Flea is next door to Breakfast/Pizza AF + Hauck’s Corner and other walkable restaurants.

Sugar Town Vintage , NuLu
For $20, you can purchase a Mystery Outfit Bag, which comes with a full look that’s been put together by Sugar Town’s stylists.

Derby City Market , Highlands
Mid-Century Modern reigns supreme at this shop, which was named Louisville’s No. 1 Place for Furniture by LEO Weekly in 2023.

Fat Rabbit , Highlands
While some places might deal exclusively in clothes or furniture, this store has a little bit of everything. Watch those old home movies you found in mom + dad’s basement with retro tech , or step back in time by flipping through historic magazines .

Hard Times Collective , Butchertown
No matter the era, you can find that vintage piece that completes the wardrobe here. Plus, you can lend a helping hand through a mutual aid fund, which goes to help the community of sellers behind the shop — when they’re having a hard time.

Resale and consignment shops

Charlotte’s Web , St. Matthews
In business since 1998, this store deals in consigned furniture and home goods. Pro tip: If you need to lighten your load, “The CW” offers 50% commission to consignors.

Sassy Fox Upscale Consignment , St. Matthews
This consignment shop boasts big fashion labels — think: Lululemon, Kate Spade, and Burberry — across its inventory of clothing, shoes, and handbags.

Habitat for Humanity Restore , Hikes Point
Shopping for used home furniture or appliances never felt so good — all proceeds at this store benefit Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville, which uses the money to build homes.
