Please & Thank You has been in business since 2011, and its been quite the success story. With five locations between Louisville and Indianapolis, the cookie + coffee shop was ranked No. 1 on USA Today’s list of the best cookie shops in America last year.

Now, after 14 years of steady growth, the bakery is opening to investment to take on the national stage — and you can take a bite of the profits.

Here’s a look at how the cookie crumbles, by the numbers:

  • Investment starts at a minimum of $100.
  • Please & Thank You will pay investors 2% of revenue each quarter until you get back your principal, plus an extra 50% on top.
  • Revenue is projected to reach $25.5 million by 2030.

Bonus: Please & Thank You is launching its first gluten-free cookie this week. It’s available for preorder now, shipping on Wednesday, Oct. 16.
