Every year, colorful Derby hats bloom in the front windows like a spring bouquet — from wide mesh hats dotted with pink flowers to feather and tulle fascinators . So far this year, the family-owned-and-operated business has sold 2,000+ Derby fascinators and hats . And owner Carol Hampton will restock them up until the big race.
