We got a sneak peek of some of the latest treatments that will be available at East Louisville’s Medical Transformation Center(MTC). Here’s what we tried — along with a few other offerings for looking and feeling your best.

The Center is run by Dr. Carl Paige, who has 30+ years of clinical experience in traditional medicine. Today, he and his wife Terri Paige combine new technologies with proper nutrition and vitamin supplements to help patients look and feel better from the inside out.

Their newest suite of treatments include four non-invasive procedures:

  • EMTONE helps with stubborn cellulite + other skin appearance concerns.
  • EMSCULPT NEO aids in building muscles and reducing fat.
  • EMFACE focuses on face and neck rejuvenation.
  • EXION helps to create an increased production of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and elastin. MTC is the only place in the Louisville-area that offers EXION.

These new treatments will be launched at Age Smart Fest, 5:30-8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 28. Pop by MTC at 13111 Eastpoint Park Blvd. to get the deets, pick up a goodie bag, enter giveaways, and enjoy entertainment.

Here are a few more ways to wrap up your summer with a self-care sesh:

  • Request a complimentary day pass at Wel at Humana, which boasts loads of workout equipment, personal training, and a meditation space.
  • Head to Bourbon & Blush Salon and Spa for an award-winning, bourbon-infused treatment.
  • Let a massage therapist attend to your meridian lines at Lalai Day Spa.
