Angel’s Envy has purchased a roughly two acre parking lot in downtown Louisville, adjacent to its current facility at the corner of Main and Jackson Streets.

The distillery says it’s eyeing the property for expansion, which will reportedly occupy two stories of space, taking up most of the newly purchased land, and include:

  • A skyway over Jackson Street, connecting the new building to the existing distillery
  • A space for Angel Envy’s master distiller Owen Martin to create and test new products
  • Storage for dry goods + more space for tours

Additionally, Angel’s Envy plans to expand its whiskey operations in Henry County, KY, adding more rickhouses + a new distillery and bottling facility on its 350-acre property.

This round of expansion follows several recent projects for the distillery, which added 13,000 sqft of space in 2022. The $8.2 million project included a new bar, a lager retail store, five tasting rooms, and an area dedicated to the “Bottle Your Own” experience.
