Peanut the wallaby lives in the Australian section of the Louisville Zoo.

The Louisville Zoo posted its tiniest baby this week — Peanut the wallaby — and we’re beside ourselves with how cute he is.

While he’s still off-exhibit being nurtured by zookeepers, he will eventually join the rest of the full-sized animals in the Wallaroo Walkabout .

DYK: The main difference between a wallaby and a kangaroo is their size — while kangaroos can reach towering heights over 6 ft, wallabies are lucky if they reach 3 ft tall.
