New high-tech mini golf experience coming to Louisville, KY

And it’s from the same co-founders of Top Golf.

Indoor mini-gold course with neon lights.

Each hole will feature an interactive, nostalgic game in addition to the mini-golf itself.

Puttshack, a new tech-infused mini golf experience, is opening in Oxmoor Center on Wednesday, March 20 at 4 p.m. It’s the latest concept from the co-founders of Flight Club, AceBounce, and Top Golf.

The immersive 25,000-sqft entertainment venue will have four nine-hole mini golf courses — prices range $9-$14 — that integrate the company’s patented technology, Trackaball™, which keeps track of your score while playing.

Upscale bar

Puttshack will have two, upscale full-service bars with signature cocktails + more.

Here’s what else to expect from Puttshack:

  • Two full-service bars, serving cocktails like The Oxmoor Manhattan — Bulleit Bourbon, pecan bitters, sweet vermouth and cherry garnish — as well as local beers, like the Falls City pilsner
  • 56-seat outdoor patio
  • Private event space
  • Interactive games at each hole like life-size beer pong, air hockey, roulette, connect four, and more
  • Dedicated DJ Booth

The Puttshack food menu will feature global fare — think: poutine, crab dip, and Korean BBQ bao buns — mixed with Kentucky classics, creating distinct flavors like Burgoo-inspired spring rolls filled with pulled pork + okra and lima beans served with Henry Bain’s sauce.

Puttshack will offer a family-friendly setting during the day, but that will shift to an “elevated nightlife” environment after 8 p.m. — only open to those 21+.

The Derby City location will join 15+ other locations around the globe.
