The Alphonse Mucha: Art Nouveau Visionary exhibit is currently on display at the Speed Art Museum (2035 S. Third St.). Here’s what you need to know before your visit.
What you’ll see
Over 100 works by Alphonse Mucha — a Czech painter known for his Art Nouveau theatrical posters + advertisements — are on display.
Some of his most famous life-sized posters — including the well-known Gismonda piece featuring actress Sarah Bernhardt — are part of the show as well as, sculptures, photographs, and self-portraits.

The exhibit is on display through Sunday, Jan. 22. See the exhibit Wednesday- Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sundays, 12-5 p.m. — which is also free admission day.
Tickets
Tickets for adults are $20 or $14 for seniors and kids.
