If you’re going to serve Kentucky’s best chocolate chip cookie , you better have a way to transport them safely — and that’s where Please & Thank You ’s The Cookie Machine rolls in.
Born out of the pandemic, the black and gold Ford Transit van helped the local cookie and coffee shop make deliveries across Louisville and nearby cities like Nashville, TN and Indianapolis, IN. But after the introduction of third party delivery apps, The Cookie Machine switched gears.
Today, it’s used to deliver fresh baked goods from Please & Thank You’s Portland commissary bakery to its three cafes in Derby City daily. Think: Oatmeal cream pies, scones, brownies, and its famous chocolate chip cookies.
The Cookie Machine has even made a cross-country trip.

When it’s not making the day-to-day cookie rounds, the sweets machine is pulling the Please & Thank You airstream to special events.
