They were born to shuck. Lou Oyster Cult surfaced a month ago at their inaugural pop-up at The MerryWeather. Menu items included 4 different kinds of mix and match oystersAtlantic and Pacific — served on ice with lemon + house-made sauces like mignonette, classic cocktail, and peri peri — a herbaceous hot sauce originating from South Africa. They’re also dishing out rotating seafood specials like Spanish gazpacho with snow crab.

They pride themselves on freshly shucked oysters for everyone + bringing more cowbell to your party. That’s right, order a dozen oysters and you get to hit the cowbell. Now, that’s the kind of Will Ferrell energy we all need at an oyster party.
