Get your auction paddles — or keyboard fingers — ready, bourbon lovers.

The Speed Museum’s Art of Bourbon auction event goes live on Thursday, Sept. 12, and there are some high proof items headed for the block.

Here’s a tasting of what will be up for grabs:

  • A whole Pappy Vertical — that’s six bottles of Pappy Van Winkle signed by Julian Van Winkle III — valued at ~$30,000
  • A bottle of Michter’s, released in 2017 after being aged for 25 years, expected to go for ~$30,000 all on its own — only 317 bottles of this bourbon were produced that year.
  • The 1976 Bicentennial Commemorative Bourbon — distilled in 1959 at the original Willett Distillery — expected to rake in $30,000 to $50,000

If you’re more interested in learning about bourbon, you can also bid on a private tour for six of the Maker’s Mark Private Select distillery.

It’s free to bid online, but you have to register ahead of time.
