This is what dreams are made of. New York City-based Dream Hotel Group announced today that its first Kentucky hotel will be on Main Street.
Slated to open in 2025 , Dream Louisville Hotel will occupy seven buildings across 811-823 W. Main Street on Museum Row. The 168-room luxury, boutique hotel will feature four original food and beverage concepts, a rooftop lounge + private event space.
The hotel also specializes in upscale amenities, state-of-the-art technology + has an “emphasis on service with after-dark possibilities. ”
The hospitality group’s expansion into Louisville was inspired by its successful development just south of here with its Dream Nashville hotel that opened in 2019. Hey NASHtoday 👋. The developers from that project, Royal Investments LLC, will also build out the Derby City location with support from CUBE3 architects + Josh Held of WATG.
The Dream Louisville Hotel will join a bustling Downtown corridor that currently boasts 25 hotels. The most recent to open is The Grady Hotel, which welcomed its first visitors in May.
Also on the horizon in the Louisville hospitality scene is the Bunkhouse Hotel in NuLu
