No Thanksgiving spread is complete without festive treats, so we’re dishing out five local bakery’s holiday specialties sure to wow the crowd.

Plus, a few options on where to carry out or dine in for Thanksgivingif cooking isn’t your thing.

🥧 Bae’s Bakery , 1164 S. Brook St.

This Old Louisville bakery’s holiday menu — aka Baekesgiving — includes a mini cookie party platter, mini choux au craquelin platter (a crispy cream puff), ready-to-eat and take-and-bake cinnamon rolls.
Pick up: Tuesday, Nov. 22, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Wednesday, Nov. 23, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

🥧 Smør Nordic Bakeri , 3797 Poplar Level Rd.

Wow your family and friends with a speciality treat from Louisville’s only Scandinavian bakery. We’re talking (and hopefully eating) spicy Nordic ginger snaps, butternut squash pie, glogg kake, and hot toddy meringues.
Pick up: Tuesday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.

Smør’s squash pie is made with roasted squash whipped into a creamy, spiced custard that’s baked in its rye crust and topped with Pepperkaker.

🥧 La Pana Bakery , 1001 Logan St.

Pre-order a vegan pumpkin chocolate chip loaf, pumpkin pie, or both before tomorrow — they’re made from a family recipe.
Pick up: Tuesday, Nov. 22, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the window
