Starting tonight, there will be a little more whiskey on Whiskey Row.

Monk’s Road Boiler House (131 W. Main St.) is set to host its grand opening Wednesday evening. The new fine dining restaurant + tasting room will take over the former Bearno’s By the Bridge space, just across 2nd Street from the KFC Yum! Center.

Here’s a little taste of what the new space will offer:

  • Two levels, with fine dining cuisine on the upstairs and a speakeasy-style bar downstairs
  • The restaurant will offer a chophouse-style menu curated by Chef Ciro Matteo Pirozzi, featuring hand-cut steaks, seafood, and pasta.
  • The drink menu will offer cocktails featuring Monk’s Road bourbons + gins and Rattle and Snap Tennessee whiskeys

The Boiler House will also be the exclusive home of the Monk’s Road High Rye bourbon, a 120-proof, single barrel sip.
