You’re invited to meet the characters of Gilbert and Sullivan’s “The Pirates of Penzance” as they untangle a leap-year mistake, discover young love, and stand firm-ish in their codes of honor. Hear the beloved aria “I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major-General” and delight in all the quips, absurdities, and music in this comedic opera produced by Kentucky Opera.

Enjoy the masterful and acclaimed voices of the Major-General, his daughters, and the pirates on the W.L. Lyons Brown Theatre stage from Friday, Feb. 16 to Saturday, Feb. 24. Grab tickets + see showtimes.
