“Triple Take” — a Louisville Ballet production featuring three one-of-a-kind world premiere ballets blending classical and contemporary music + dance — is set to take the stage at The Brown Theatre Nov. 1-3.

This mix of brand-new works is perfect for someone who wants an introduction to ballet as each piece in the three-act show is unique. Here’s what to expect:

  • Part 1: Broken Totem | Choreography by Louisville Ballet Resident Choreographer Adam Hougland + music by Igor Stravinsky | Hougland has been a resident choreographer with the ballet for 20 years, choreographing many contemporary works for the company.
  • Part 2: Influences | Choreography by Louisville Ballet Artistic Director Harald Uwe Kern + music by Robert Schumann | This will be Kern’s first new piece as LB’s Artistic Director.
  • Part 3: 502 | Choreography by Ching Ching Wong + music by Jack Harlow | Wong’s work is known for playfully blending ballet, contemporary, jazz + modern styles.

Tickets start as low as $35. Bonus: Save up to 20% when you combine “Triple Take” with one or more additional productions this season.
