With the holidays approaching and multiple local resources reporting an increase in demand for assistance, there’s never been a better time to help your fellow Louisvillians with a donation.
Consider making a contribution to one of these local orgs:
Professional chefs with FeedLouisville cook meals for unhoused Louisvillians. The organization is seeking donations of items like peanut butter, pasta, and pancake mix.
Dare to Care is working towards a $55,000 goal which will provide 110,000 Thanksgiving meals this season.
Four Pegs has set up a community food shelf. You can pick up or drop off shelf-stable goods any time the restaurant is open.
