Mansion Monday
In case you missed it, The Cold Spring Estate, featured on our list of six real-life Halloween movie houses, is on the market. It’s (probably) not haunted, but if we were location scouting for M. Night Shyamalan’s next set, this 1867 mansion fitted with a concrete rotunda would top our list.
Plan Ahead
Shaken, or stirred? Sample competing cocktails during NuLu’s Clash of the Cocktails on Tuesday, July 8. Tickets include samples from each bartender, appetizers from Lou Lou on Market, and a live show from Small Batch Brass Band. The fun will continue through Nulu Summer Fest, when the public can vote for the People’s Choice winning drink.

I don’t need to live in a mansion to be comfortable, but one thing would certainly make those humid Kentucky summers more enjoyable — a pool. Know of any homes on the market where one could take a dip, a dive, or lounge in the shallow end? Send ‘em our way.
