Rabbit Hole Distillery in NuLu dazzled the Southern Living Magazine writer. | Photo by @rabbithole
Derby City was the subject of a nine-page spread all about experiencing the charm of our city. in the most recent edition of Southern Living Magazine.

The writer — a first-time visitor to the 502 — was delighted by our collection of 19th-century cast-iron facade buildings, our thriving local beer scene + the proliferation of art — from their stay at 21c Museum Hotel to the beauty and functionality of the plants offered at Mahonia.

Here are a few other things they loved:

🥃 Rabbit Hole Distillery | From the art inside this sleek, modern distillery to the tasting experience in the penthouse suite, Rabbit Hole was their favorite local bourbon tour.

🍻 Gravely Brewing + Mayan Street Food truck | This music-themed brewery and bar wowed with its expansive outdoor patio and salbutes.

🐴 Hermitage Farm + dining at Barn8 | Louisville-based founders Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown turned this 700-acre farm in Goshen, KY into a must-visit destination for farm-to-table dining and grounds tours.
