A brand new Bluegrass festival is coming to Paristown

Uncle Boojie’s Roots Revue will feature Bluegrass legends and benefit the Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music

Get ready to boogie LOU, a new bluegrass festival is coming to Paristown this Memorial Day weekend. The first annual Uncle Boojie’s Roots Revue will be Friday- Saturday, May 24 + 25 at Christy’s Garden (720 Brent St.) in Paristown.

Roots Revue will be strumming up support for The Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music (KSBTM) in Hayden Kentucky, and the KSBTM Mountain Traditional Ensemble will be among the performers. Other featured artists include John Cowan‘s Newgrass All-Stars, The Po’ Ramblin Boys, and Darrell Scott.

Tickets to Uncle Boojie’s Roots Revue are on sale now. General admission weekend tickets are $25, youth tickets (ages 11-17) are $10, and a VIP bundle is available for $85.

It’s going to be a busy Memorial Day with Jack Harlow’s new GAZEBO festival coming to Waterfront Park the same weekend as Roots Revue.
