Bring your sistahhhs to this annual evening spectacular on Thursday, Oct. 24 with The Beauty Boost Louisville. Visit themed self-care stations, including mini massages + facials, handmade candles, and permanent jewelry. Tickets are $30.
Monster Mash at High Stakes, Tempo by Hilton
Enjoy an evening under the stars at this rooftop restaurant + bar on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 9 p.m.. The swing band Tin Pan Alley Cats will provide the music — it’s sure to be a graveyard smash.
For the kids
Halloween Cruise, Belle of Louisville
Board the 110-year-old steamboat for a cruise on Sunday, Oct. 27. There will be Halloween-themed crafts, a trick-or-treat train, and a dance party.
Boo at the Zoo, Louisville Zoo
Ride a decorated Halloween-themed carousel and get up close with real spiders and their webs in a guided tour — costumes are encouraged. Boo at the Zoo runs through Sunday, Oct. 27.
Theater
David Dominé’s The Victorian Ghost Tour, Conrad-Caldwell House Museum
See the ghost stories of Old Louisville brought to life by actors in this two-hour walking tour. It runs Friday, Oct. 18-Sunday, Oct. 20 with 12 tours each night, departing every 15 minutes after 6 p.m.
“Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy,” Actors Theatre
This adaptation of the Bram Stoker classic runs through Sunday, Oct. 20. If you want even more vampiric goodness, attend The Dracula Ball on Friday, Oct. 18, an after-show party with music, magic, and a costume contest.
