Chik’n & Mi announced on social media this week that it would close this Saturday, Feb. 28. The restaurant will end its nine-year run with an all-day dinner service running 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Greater Louisville Inc and the Louisville Economic Development Alliance are merging into a new organization called One Louisville, which will continue to work on economic development projects across the city.

Parlour Pizza has a new location inside Lynn Family Stadium, just in time for the upcoming Lou City, Racing, and Louisville Kings home openers. The concession stand will serve cheese, pepperoni, and sausage pizza, along with smoked chicken tenders. (WHAS11)

Louisville’s Department of Transportation is seeking input on trucking routes that pass through neighborhoods. You can submit your thoughts using this online survey. (WDRB)
Outdoors
The Louisville Loop is slated to extend to Jefferson Memorial Foret thanks to some recent land acquisitions. Construction linking the forest to the 100-mile trail system is expected to begin once funding is secured. (Courier Journal)
Transit
TARC is increasing several bus fares for the first time in over 10 years. An adult fare is going up 50 cents, a senior fare is increasing by 20 cents, and the cost of a TARC3 Paratransit ride is going up $1.50. The new fares take effect on Monday, March 2. (WDRB)
