A new Cuban restaurant will open near Logan Street Market tomorrow. Sweet Colada comes from the daughter of the owners + operators of Sweet Havana, a Cuban bakery on Fern Valley Road. Expect walk-up service + a patio to come, plus a grand opening in August. (Louisville Business First)
