Happy Small Business Week

Louisville CrossFit Covalence 2025
CrossFit Covalence offers a free class for all new members. | Photo by CrossFit Covalence.
Small Business Week is upon us, and we’re gearing up to spread the local love.

We’ve partnered with some of Louisville’s small businesses to celebrate the folks who make up the backbone of our local economy.

From Sunday, May 4 to Saturday, May 10, you can expect Q+As with local entrepreneurs, deal roundups, and more coverage that shines a light on what it’s like being a part of Louisville’s small business community.

We have something special for our readers, too. We’ve created an interactive map of discounts, free workout classes, and BOGO deals being offered exclusively during Small Business Week.

Visit the interactive map to see local deals.

From enjoying a free class at CrossFit Covalence to getting 20% off online or in-store with your code “LouToday” at Margaret’s Fine Consignments, there will be plenty of ways to support Louisville’s small businesses.

    The Wrap

If you head to the Louisville Zoo, you’ll see an 82nd bird joining the Chilean flamingo flock.

Felix is just six months old, so his feathers are still grey — that makes him a little easier to spot. But don’t worry, he’ll be pink as a Pegasus Pin in no time.
