They paved paradiseLouisville’s last gravel road. Romania Drive is set to be paved once MSD crews finish installing drainage infrastructure on the 2,000-ft stretch of road, which was first built ~120 years ago and is the only remaining public gravel road in the city. (Courier Journal)

The Louisville Metro is seeking construction bids for a new park at the corner of 13th Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Walnut Park will include pickleball + tennis courts, shade shelters, a sprayground, and parking. Bids are due by Wednesday, July 24.
