Phalcha Coffee is open in Louisville’s Germantown

In case you missed it, LOUtoday is asking our readers to help determine Louisville’s best coffee shop. Today, though, we’ve got a spot that was just a bit too new to brew its way into the field this time around.
Phalcha Coffee held its grand opening over the weekend at 1001 Mary St. in Germantown.
Here are a few things to try:
Phalcha offers typical warm coffee drinks, like cortados, macchiatos, and cappucinos.
The iced coffee flight features matcha, butterscotch, ube and strawberry-rose lattes.
The food menu includes avocado toast, a grilled cheese sandwich, and waffles served with syrup or other sweet toppings like fruit + nutella.
Rather than warm up with a cup of joe, you can cool off with ice cream — there are five flavors, sold by the scoop.
Phalcha Coffee is open daily, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
The Buy
The Lavender Fields Eye Pillow Set. With items like the crystal-infused lavender eye pillow and crystal-infused sleep mist, we’re dreaming of better sleep this week after Daylight Savings.
It’s a sneak preview of spring this week, LOU. Warm temps, but with a chance for rain Thursday and Friday. I’m feeling like Al Pacino at the Oscars today — my eyes see sunshine.
