Stellar Snacks, the pretzel manufacturer that’s bringing a $137 million production facility to the West End, is hiring. The company expects to create ~350 jobs that will pay an average of $30.20 per hour, including benefits. The pretzels will begin to roll out next September. (WDRB)

Darnell “SuperChef” Ferguson will be back on your television screen next week. Ferguson will return to host the Food Network series, “Superchef Grudge Match,” which pits two chefs against one another. The first episode will air on Tuesday, Dec. 26.

The 3rd Street rail bridge has claimed another victim. On Monday, another semi-trailer got caught under the bridge, colloquially known as the Louisville Can Opener. The bridge is just shy of being 12-ft tall, which isn’t the clearance height for most tractor trailers.
