Traffic
  • The intersection at Old Henry Road and Factory Lane will be closed from 9 a.m. today through 5 p.m. on Friday, May 26. The closure will allow crews to finish installing a sanitary sewer and water main casings. (WLKY)

  • Branch out and help Louisville Grows plant 71 trees in the Chickasaw neighborhood on Saturday, May 20. No experience is required to get your hands dirty — just be ready to register between 8:30-8:50 a.m. A light breakfast and coffee will be provided. Check the website for details.

  • A new 2,800-sqft addition called The Bellwether House has opened next door to the boutique hotel at 1300 Bardstown Rd. The house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and was inspired by French Maximalist design.

  • May is National Bike Month and you can celebrate at the Mayor’s Hike, Bike, & Paddle on Memorial Day. Bike riders will cruise on a 15.7-mile loop that starts at the Great Lawn at 10 a.m. and travels through Iroquois Park. The first 2,000 people to the event get a free t-shirt.
