Construction on Goodwill Industries of Kentucky’s Opportunity Campus at 28th Street and Broadway will begin in August, with a completion date in late 2023. Bellarmine University is requiring masks on campus, effective immediately. The university is the second educational institution in the city to reinstate its mask policy.
